Being on trend doesn't make you cool but being healthy does

Nowadays, people are fond of buying on fast food chains, on-trends and on what they saw on social medias just to fit or to be in to this society we have. Do these things make us cool?

They say that our population are getting higher but the crops that are harvested are still the same. People always think that farming are only for poor. We get our food from them. Working under the sun to supply foods for us but what are we doing? They were happy if we consumers eating the right food instead of junk foods and processed foods. In this Nutrition Month Celebration, "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin!", the only way to solve those problems is to plant vegetables and fruits in our backyard. These vegetables will grow naturally and we can get complete nutrients from it. It will eliminates toxic in our body and supplies proper nutrition. And also, we can't spend a lot of money to buy, thus also avoid from sickness.

The demand of goods, the cost is very high but at the same time the professional fees of doctors is also expensive. Being on trend doesn't make you cool but being healthy does. Health is wealth
